Cherokee CBS - 1000 - AM & SSB, Base Station With 10, and 11 Meter's. And National Weather Channel's. Up for bid at a (No Reserve Auction) Is a Cherokee CBS 1000 Transceiver. This Cherokee CBS 1000 is being relisted due to a (Nonpaying phoney Brazilian bidder) which cost me, and the honest bidder both valuable time, and money. I will only ship to the the lower 48 states so please don't ask! and more importantly dont bid! The radio is in good operating condition and comes with the original stock Cherokee hand held stock microphone. This is a Base Station unit that puts out 4 watts on AM, and 12 watts on SSB. The frequency coverage on (10 meter's are from 25.165 MHz to 29.655 MHz.) and (11 Meter coverage are from 26.965 to 27.405) The radio transmits, and receives excellent. I did test this radio on a 5/8th wave mobile antenna and had great reports. This radio will not be DOA! and will be sold as is to the highest bidder. The radio is also in good cosmedic condition considering its age. The radio in the picture will be the excact radio the winning bidder will be receiving. Im sure you will be happy with it. The serial # listed on the back is 7020215. It will be packaged very,very well to ensure you receive it in the same manner as when it leaves here, and that is in working order!
