Cobra 25 LTD Classic ( Custom ) CB RADIO with Mods Picture and Description:

Custom Cobra 25 LTD Classic !!!!!! This is a Philippines Radio !!!!!! It has many mods that make it loud radio !!!! Please see the pictures its a clean radio for it's age Chrome covers... !!!!!! Swing Mod Installed !!!!!!! Talkback installed.....always on...not to loud just enough to hear !! Variable Power on the RF-Gain knob.... it goes from 0-3 watts dead key All meters and lights and all LED's are working like they should You will not be disappointed this radio is Loud and Proud !!!! Major RMS forward and I mean major. On the bench using a MFJ-868 amateur power meter, I had the variable set at 0.5 watts deadkey and RMS forward was 10-11 watts,,, the peak forward was 20-22 watts. We all know that RMS forward is what talks and RMS forward drives amps good. Remember most radios only do like 1/2 watt of RMS forward modulation out of the box. This radio has the swing mod on JP-6 with a bigger capacitor than most shops use. Using a bigger cap gives more reserve power to the swing mod. It also has on mods done on the board to give the radio that extra punch of forward RMS audio ! I would use a RK-56 mic or 636 mic.... I was using a RK-56 to test radio Only radio in this auction.... nothing else included Radio will not be DOA! As with all electronics all sales are final and no returns
