hi this is another mark 3 that i got out of storage. it seems to work . the only thing i find wrong is the on the air logo is missing but it light up . out of a 10 i would say it,s a 7or8. it keys 5watts ang swings to about 12watts. the radio will be sold as is but not doa.usa bids only , good luck

There are not many of these left around that are in this good of condition. It is clean as a whistle inside and out. Everything is original. There is really not alot to say about it because the pictures do most of the talking. The only imperfections I could find on it are visible in the pictures. There are a couple of VERY small dings on the front. I had to put glasses on to see them. I do not need glasses. lol. I noticed them from the pictures. There are 2 minor scratches that did not get to the wood on the right side when facing the speaker. I believe these came from it sitting next to the radio. I think anything else that may be found would come from age or the factory. For its age it is in remarkable condition. I ship on Mon. Wed. and Fri. I ONLY SHIP TO THE US. I do not understand all of the international stuff yet so please do not bid if you are from outside the U.S. If it costs me less to ship then what I charge, I will refund the difference minus $2.00 for packing materials and driving. As you can see from the pictures, the previous owner etched his call letters in to the speaker. The one on the front is the only one noticeable with the speaker in place. Luckily he kept it right in the box with the Cobra so this could be covered with a sticker. The rest of the speaker is in pretty good condition. Look at the pictures they tell it all. I ship on Mon. Cobra 142gtl SSB/Am 40 Channel CB Radio Dynascan Corp Okay, so this isa Cobra 142gtl cb type radio. I don’t know anything about it. I plugged it in and it powers on, but that’s all I have done. I don’t have an antenna to test it, nor the knowledge on how to. It’s in really good cosmetic condition. Looks like it was a pretty nice unit in it’s days. Up for bids is a Cobra 148-GTL AM/SSB mobile cb radio! This is a working radio which was made in TAIWAN in the mid 80′s! This radio has been bench tested over the air and reports say this radio sounds loud and clear! All controls work as they should! This radio shows normal signs of wear and use! There are some blemishes on the face plate and a few scratches here and there on the bezel, but the case covers are in real good condition! This is a stock radio, so NO slider and NO extra channels! This radio has a stock output of 4-watts AM and 10 TO 12-watts p.e.p. on SSB ! This radio comes with a new power cord, and a stock cobra mic, and a new mounting bracket! This radio is being sold as is as found at my friend’s garage sale and has been stored for many years, so there is some rust on the screws holding the case covers on! There are no returns on this radio, but it won’t be D.O.A. ! I do not know any history on this radio, but it looks to be original, so what you see is what you will receive!
